Who we are
Shumoo Limited is the data controller for personal information collected in connection with the GSD Conference (“GSD — Getting Shit Done: The GP Partners Conference”), held on 25 September 2026 at 30 Euston Square, London.

What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle your personal information when you:
- Buy a ticket to the GSD Conference
- Attend the conference on the day
- Receive a CPD certificate after the event
- Sign up to hear about future GSD events
It does not cover our other services (AnkitAI, Watlington Medical Centre, etc.), which have their own privacy notices.
What information we collect
When you book a ticket, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Job role and practice/organisation name
- Dietary requirements and access needs
- Billing details (handled by our payment processor, not stored by us)
On the day, we may also process:
- Attendance records
- Photographs or video of the event (we will tell you in advance and offer an opt-out)
How we use it and why

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to third-party marketers. We do not share delegate lists with sponsors or other delegates.
Who we share your information with
We use the following third-party processors:
- Ticket Tailor — ticketing platform (UK-based; processes your booking)
- Stripe — payment processing
- EmailOctopus — pre-event and post-event email communications
- 30 Euston Square (Searcys, on behalf of RCGP Enterprises Ltd) — venue, for catering and access requirements only
- Our accountants and HMRC, where required by law
Each of these processors has its own data protection arrangements and we only share the minimum needed.
Marketing
If you opt in to hear about future GSD events, we will use your email address to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us directly. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential event communications for an event you have already booked.
How long we keep your information
- Booking and attendance records: 7 years (to meet HMRC and accounting requirements)
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years of inactivity, whichever comes first
- Photographs/video: kept indefinitely for promotional use unless you ask us to remove identifiable images of you
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Restrict or object to how we use your information
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
Security
We use reputable third-party platforms with appropriate security measures. Access to your data within Shumoo Limited is limited to those who need it to run the conference. We do not store payment card details.

We may update this notice from time to time. The version number and date are shown at the top.
